At a Big Rig Rugby Camp for 8-11 year olds, players will take their game to the next level with a focus on advanced rugby skills, tactical awareness, and physical development. Sessions are designed to challenge players’ passing, tackling, decision-making, and positional play, while incorporating sports and exercises that support strength, agility, and overall rugby performance. Alongside skill development, players will have the chance to make new friends, compete in team challenges, and enjoy a fun, supportive environment. What to bring: A change of kit suitable for indoor and outdoor activity A towel Plenty of hydration (water bottle clearly labelled) This camp is about building on existing skills, improving game intelligence, and preparing players to perform at their highest level, all while having fun and enjoying rugby.
Camp notes
All players will receive a Big Rig Rugby goodie bag on their first day with some branded kit and items from our supporters.
Sessions will be based out of our HQ and the 3G pitch at Garioch Sports Centre.
Smaller numbers, higher quality sessions.
