**Rugby Sevens Skills Session** Develop the speed, skill and decision-making needed to thrive in rugby sevens. This high-tempo session focuses on the core technical and tactical elements of the game, helping players become more confident and effective in both attack and defence. Players will work on passing and catching at pace, evasive footwork, support lines, communication, breakdown efficiency, kick-offs and defensive organisation, all within game-realistic scenarios. Every activity is designed to maximise ball touches, encourage quick decision-making and improve fitness specific to the demands of sevens rugby.
